I've always been relatively health-conscious, with a sometimes near-obsessive focus on monitoring and manipulating my weight, body fat, strength, flexibility, cardiovascular performance, and food intake. These days I'm more moderate and flexible in my approach, and have found a way to maintain a healthy physique without undue thought or effort.
There is an enormous amount of health and fitness-related information online. Like anything on the web (though perhaps even more so), much of this information is speculative, unsupported, misleading, confusing, and sometimes even downright ridiculous. Having assessed, and even experimented with, many of these ideas, I'm providing links to what I feel are a few of the best presented, and most credible, resources out there.
